monicasharf Ashley, you bought the Givenchy bag from me. I sincerely apologize for the issue with the strap. My mother-in-law gave the bag to me and didn't mention the defect on the strap. I saw the stain on the inside of the pocket but unfortunately did not see the problem with the strap.
