I just dropped the price on that Express tank to $10 and it should have $4.99 shipping right now since I dropped the price this morning and Posh is doing closet clear out. If I accept your $7 offer, the shipping goes back up to $6.79 (because discounted shipping is only on items $10 or higher). So, you would pay about $1 less but I would make $3 less. Do you see what I am saying?
