Hi! I'm Ashley. I love Poshmark and giving great deals. I sell only items in excellent condition and if there are any flaws they are listed. I take pride in what I’m selling and it will arrive clean, wrapped and ready to wear. I sell items previously worn (or NWT) by my family who is pictured here. So you will see a variety of men, women and children’s sizes. I try to add new things to my closet often as I rebuild my business after a break. Unfortunately,my sales associate sold the last one yesterday afternoon as my shop was closing & failed to make sure the inventory log was correct b4 closing down the system. luvsumshopin However, I was going to offer you the same bag in the closest color to the beige that I have.It says the color is gray but its not as gray when you see the photo & see it in person. I actually prefer the gray more & I actually sold out of it first. Therefore,this is the new shipment (of gray)I got in the end of last week.

I'm going to send the bag to your dressing room & make you a better offer than what you were paying with the beige; for your inconvenience & our mistake. I will also take care of the S&H if you decide you want the gray one. Everything is identical, however, the gray tote does have one more pocket than the beige. Also, the gray is a newer color than the beige.

luvsumshopin Hi! Its Tabitha a d I sold you the Frye Melissa Tote. I was disappointed in Frye that you had a complaint on the cleanliness of the product. I drop ship through my Frye vendor and they ship directly for me from one of their manufacturing warehouses. I called my district manager of the vendors for Frye and he was really upset to hear that a customer had complaints on the cleanliness.

luvsumshopin I contacted him immediately upon seeing g that was a complaint if yours and he checked into it and I spoke with him today. Everything made by Frye has not only an item # but also a batch number which tells him the date, time, and who was working the shift and signed off on inspection.

luvsumshopin I have the # to the particular bag you were sent and they are pulling pictures to see what protocol should have been taken on a dirty bag. Bc he said after the last inspector ok's it ( and it would have been his job to detect any uncleanliness) , then if it was at all dirty, it should have been pulled and not signed off on to go through packaging and then to shipment. In every batch their are 20 bags.

luvsumshopin I have neaver after 4 years received a complaint for cleanliness. As matter of fact after making almost 1,800 sells I've only received 6 ratings below a 5 and that was for wrong size or color, item description and 2 for tardiness. Being an ambassador , there is alot a stake for me to do a 5☆ job.

trendymom_inca @luvsumshopin The bag had what looked like to be ink marks. I can take pictures and send them to you. If I didn’t need it for my trip, I would have returned it. I was really disappointed when I received the bag. I accepted it anyway, gave 4 stars because of the marks instead of going through the return process. It was wrapped like it was brand new so I couldn’t figure it out. But there are 3 long black marks, 2 on one side 1 on the other.
