ashsteve12 @halekb I have contacted them also. I had assumed it got delayed from the hurricane. My last update is from the 12th in Washington DC. If I don’t get a response to my email tomorrow, I will call and let you know what I find out!

ashsteve12 @halekb I got a response this morning saying that they will get additional information from USPS. I will ask that if we can’t straighten it out today that you get a refund and I will place an insurance claim.

halekb Ok sounds good. It was in DC for a few days and then I received notification yesterday and the day before that is was shipped to Puerto Rico and is now out for distribution. Now sure how that happened! It came to Philly but then it seems they lost it!

halekb I just received notification via text that the package was delivered to an individual in St. John, VI at 11:34 this mornin. I’m so confused! I wonder if someone changed the address?!

ashsteve12 @halekb it was definitely addressed for Pennsylvania! The tracking on my end still says Washington DC. I have not heard back from my request for a refund.

ashsteve12 @halekb I just got an email saying that the package has been lost and we will both get refunds. Please let me know if you don’t see the credit to your account. I am so sorry that this did not work out. I am guessing the hurricane had something to do with it getting lost.
