simplychicposh @ashleylney I saw that you had bad experiences. I’m so sorry. I’m not sure if you know this suggestion but it helps to read the sellers love notes before purchasing. Also to check their ship times. There are many committed and wonderful sellers - bummer that there are some not up to par.

runnergirl014 Oh gosh! Sorry you've had bad experiences! I feel ya. As a buyer and seller, Posh gives me so much anxiety sometimes and I often feel like walking away. Like when I trek 4 kids through a snowstorm to mail a package first thing Monday morning when it was placed Sunday night for the buyer to come back Wednesday morning with 3 stars and a note to "improve ship time" 🙃😤 anywho. Hope you have some better experiences soon! The good, thankfully, seem to outweigh the bad.

ashleylney @runnergirl014 I’m starting to like it a lot more. I’ve gotten stained clothes, broken purses, a cancelled item without any reason, and the worst was posh mark support not responding to my numerous emails... I try not to worry too much about receiving things quickly, so I appreciate people like yourself! :)

ashleylney @runnergirl014 they refunded me for the purse, which was really nice... but the dress, no. And I couldn’t return it because I needed it last minute for my wedding and the girl lied about it being stained, there’s no way she didn’t see it lol. It was HUGE. So we had to pay to have it professionally cleaned. Just a major pain!
