deenabythesea Hi Ashley-just noticed your rating the the J Jill tank top. What color is the top-if not red? How could I have better described this color? I would hope to do a better job describing things so your feedback is important. Also-where was the smudge? This has been hanging in a closet for quite some time so must have done this during packaging? Again, it helps me to know where I need to be more mindful. Thank you, Deena

ashleynlac @deenabythesea I have never returned an item before and I thought I could put in an item comment to you and work this out between us. I went into a page and it wouldn’t let me back out no matter what I did for submission. I didn’t mean for it to submit your rating without letting us fix this between us first. After this was submitted I immediately contacted customer support to tell them that. I didn’t even know how to get a hold of you...

ashleynlac I have to wait 24 hour to hear back from customer service and then I saw this and am reaching back out. I also want to send pictures of documentation so you can see the mark on the front of the shirt. (I don’t know how to do that).

I don’t think this was on purpose I just thought that I was sending it in for customer service to help us work it out and I am hopeful we still can. I’m having a hard time even knowing how to communicate this because you can only send a short message so I had to send this in three pieces

deenabythesea @ashleynlac you probably know this already but once you accept you cannot return. I had this happen to me with a $65 doll. I would really like to know what color you thought it was. I don’t know how I could have better described it other than red. As for the smudge that bewilders me. That said, I will reach out to Posh and if possible will initiate a return. I do not know if I will be successful. I am sorry this too did not meet your expectations.

greenbubbles No problem. Rothys are tricky. That said, those are authentic and you got a good price. I will let my eBay buyer know these aren’t available. Please see what you can figure out with posh. I believe if you simply don’t return them, eventually the payment will be released but I’m not sure. Have a great weekend.

ashleynlac I am shipping the shoes tomorrow morning. I haven’t heard back from customer service but I will head to the post office and ask them if they can help me with the QR code. I did receive a message that I had till Tuesday to send these back, I’m worried they aren’t going to get there in time. Are you going to except the return or do I need to overnight this package to make sure I get them there? Please let me know how to handle this.
