ashley1734 @anusharayapati hello. Congrats on your win too! Yes, the redeemable credit is real. It is prob just asking for your credit card info in case the amount goes over your redeemable credit. I haven't tried using mine yet though so I am not completely sure. Did u try again since you sent me the message earlier? Did it use your credit for the full purchase amount or did it charge the shipping amount to your credit card or something??
