katrix101 Hi Ashley, I recently purchased your Tory Burch frames and unfortunately they are too stretched out for me to use. I know you had told someone that they weren't stretched out so that is why I am bringing this to your attention . I took them to my local Eye Clinic to have them checked. I'm hoping you will consider canceling the transaction and I would send them back to you. I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider this, thank you

a_dani618 @katrix101 I’m so sorry to hear that you had an issue with them. I did not feel as if they were stretched out. I know when I had issues with frames, I was able to take them to my eye glass store and they were able to heat and mold the arms to properly fit. I hope this works out for you!

katrix101 HI Ashley, I guess the only thing that could potentially work is if you were still able to cancel the transaction on your end. Otherwise, it is what it is. I appreciate your willingness to try to figure things out, thank you :)

a_dani618 @katrix101 I can only cancel on my end prior to the item being shipped. Since the money has already posted Poshmark has taken it’s percentage out, there is one more possibility I can think of. If you would like to mail me the glasses back, at your own expense, I would be willing to send you $40 of your payment back. The glasses would need to be in the condition they were in upon me sending them. It is the best I can do since Poshmark has already taken their payment amount out.

a_dani618 @katrix101 I received the glasses. So I see where you say they are stretched out, but I didn’t see it that way bc they fit my head. I must have a big noggin’ haha. Is the return address on Chase Rd where I can mail you the money?
