vixa06 @dcooper156 Hmmmm....can you take a picture of them up against something that is black? Did you buy them in a black color and they have faded, or were they a dark grey color from the beginning? How long have you owned them and roughly how many times have you worn them?

vixa06 I appreciate you reaching out. Do you know if they are the 'Shale' color as listed on Athleta's website, or a darker color?

vixa06 I'm not necessarily opposed to the color. So I tried these pants on yesterday in a black size 8, but at 5' 11" I need a tall size. The 8 tall is sold out in all colors. I do not see a dark gray color listed, so I am wondering if this is an older version of the pant, and if it's any different from the most recent pant? I really don't know if it's been updated or not.

dcooper156 @vixa06 hi sorry I didn't see your message I think they are an older version. the tag in them is an older tag. I am not sure of the color name but I can try to research it.

dcooper156 @vixa06 Hi.. I have looked I can not find a color besides gray no one really has a color name posted with it. But they are an older model. Let me know what you decide. I'll check back here later.

vixa06 Ok.. I'll see if I can do some digging and see if there is any difference between the older models and the current ones. It would be unfortunate to find out the sizing is different, for example, after buying them and trying them on.

vixa06 @dcooper156 It looks like there is no difference between the pants. I did find a black in the 8T however. I'd like to see how these tall fit first, as I only tried regular in store. Then I might swing back around to the pants you have listed if they're still available. Thank you for your help!

vixa06 @karenland459 Hi! I plan to ship tomorrow. It seems shipments usually take 2-3 business days so I imagine they will arrive before the 16th. I'm working a 12 hr shift today so won't be able to ship today unfortunately.
