melfreyv I’m sorry to see that you were a little disappointed with the bag. I was also a little disappointed with 4⭐️ It is new and never used. It was however given to me stuffed with little gifts as a gift. Also, I moved and it may have not been stored or packed very well. My intention was to get it out to you quickly, and if I fussed with packing it would’ve taken longer... busy mom of four. I hope you enjoy it. Pretty bag and great price

momluvsrce @melfreyv I tried to make a point of saying that the price for the condition was still great, just not well described, which is very important on Posh. I would have given less stars if I felt the price didn't match, or if I felt it was intentionally deceptive, but I felt it was more of an oversight so I still gave 4 stars. In the future just be sure to go over an item more thoroughly and disclose any stains, wear, or damage in pictures and description.
