leow156 I'm sorry that the dress was not to your liking. I looked the dress up and down before it was mailed. It was hanging in my closet when I posted pictures. The original listing was also new without tags. I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding on that part. I'm not exactly sure where the snags and stains came from. Could you please email me pictures?
