@kia2828 I’m not trying to be difficult but I have no proof that anything was refunded. All it says is that my money transaction to you was completed and the money is gone from my account. I don’t want to send more money unless I know that it was actually refunded. As far as I can tell, it wasn’t.

@kia2828 yea that’s the issue I’m having too. Like I said, customer service said there is no refund and that the money is in your account. I’m kind of stuck because I sort of feel like I might be getting scammed right now. If I accept your payment request that’s $800 out of my account with no real way is knowing if the refund happened

Ok I understand but if you ready PayP buyer protection policy it clear states if the seller doesn’t receive the item they will be refund don’t believe me look it up for your self your money is protect and I actually can’t spend the money you sent me until after 15 days after you receive the item than the money will clear and be mines

@kia2828 right but they said if the money was refunded I would see something on my account and they said the money wasn’t refunded. If nothing shows up I’ll have to file a dispute and that’s just a pain in my ass. Especially if I have to file 2 disputes. Also, protection isn’t offered with payments made through friends and family.

@ashmnail I did refund you the money and you didn’t sent thru friends and family you sent thru good and service so you will be protect either way it goes plus why worry if you can just open a case up on me and get your money back it’s really simple I am a legit seller if I wasn’t I would have said sent thru friends and family from the start

That was a lot of money for me to spend all because I need a new damn phone because mines a pos. I just felt like I wasn’t getting the items and needed to get the money back so I can get a phone. It’s nothing personal, I just don’t know you and I felt like there were red flags so yea.
