Hey there! I just saw your review about the fleece. I’m sorry it is tight on your daughter. I had no idea it wasn’t true to size because it fit my stepdaughter when she was a large. I should have put measurements up on the listing — I do on most things and somehow spaced on putting them up on the fleece. If you want to do a return through poshmark I will be happy to accept it.

I don’t know how the process works because as a seller I’ve never done a return, but I have as a buyer and know that process a little bit if you have any questions.

@awittler If we can do it through Poshmark I would prefer that. Is there anyway to contact them saying you accidentally accepted the item. I know when I had an issue with something I purchased on poshmark I didn’t accept the item and then went through their process for a return. If you are new to poshmark maybe you can explain to them that is why you accepted the item because you didn’t know you had another option.

If you wouldn’t mind trying to reverse the sale I would appreciate it. In my experience you wouldn’t have to pay for shipping this way. I’ll also look into it and see what I can find. If all else fails we can do ppal.

Hey again. I just heard back from poshmark support and they said the best thing would be for you to reach out to them. If I can figure out how to post the screenshot of their email I will. This is one thing I don’t like about the app, I wish there was an easier way to communicate between people instead of posting everything on their feed with no options for screenshots. Anyway, good luck!
