a_thurber @ketnouvong hello, so I finally got a reply from Poshmark support and they asked that you reach out to them to find a resolution? I reached out to the to ask how to get a return label for you and their response was that you contact them. I’ve never been in this situation before so this is a first for me. I’m trying to get this resolved for you as quickly as possibly.

So I’ve reached out to customer support several times asking several different ways trying to get you a return slip and the best I can tell you is that you need to reach out and deal with them directly. They won’t give me the return slip. I keep being instructed for you to reach out. Sorry I couldn’t be more help💕
