dexterouslymade @tersamlo -~~ here is the response I received from customer service..... "Good morning! Thank you for reaching out! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Currently, we give sellers up to 7 days from the date of purchase to drop off your order with USPS, before you can cancel. As long as your willing to wait it will be fine. Seller must ship as soon as they are back because orders not received after 21 days will automatically cancel. "

tersamlo Hi Ashley, This is so embarrassing, it is going from bad to worse, we came home and got the item out to ship and the orange part of the shoe has just started to peel, not sure why, I can send you a picture if you need it.
