nikkynal hi Ashley, I dropped off your coat at the post office on Feb 10, but noticed that USPS hasn't updated it. The other parcels I dropped into the same box have already arrived. I went back to the post office today to find out what's going on. They told me it sometimes happens that a parcel misses the scan. They asked me to please be a little patient. Hopefully the tracking gets updated and you get your parcel soon. It's scheduled to get to you on Feb 14th.
