Very unfair rating. I see you are new to Poshmark. Let me give you some advice. It’s NOT the sellers fault when an item shows delivered by the post office and you claim to have not received your item. You should contact Poshmark for a refund, contact your post carrier, or perhaps a neighbor picked it up for you? To rate a one star and say could improve is grossly unfair and frankly rude.

Imagine selling one of your items, packaging it thoughtfully, mailing it quickly, and with a thank you note enclosed. Then you receive a one star rating because for some reason the post office carrier scanned delivered but your customer claims they never received. How would you feel? Sellers like me, and there’s many like me, enjoy selling and buying on here. Don’t be one of those “raters” it takes the fun out of Poshmark. Best of luck to you. ✌🏼

@chesty2 if i never got my package how am i supposed to give any other rating? i’m not sure what happened to it or whose fault it is but i’m entitled to my opinion and if it makes this “less fun” so be it. but i did not recive my package and therefore rated you with one star due to the fact that i never recived what i purchased.

@ashnbey you did receive it... the postman scanned your shipping label delivered. I did my part. I tried explaining posh etiquette. If you order from another posher and the item is scanned delivered by your postman and you don’t receive it file a claim with Poshmark or the post office. If you “never received” and the postman scanned your label delivered it means your a victim of theft. Good luck ✌🏼

@chesty2 poshmark etiquette..? look all i’m saying is i didn’t receive a package so i am not going to give a false rating i have nothing to rate which is why i gave one star. if the package somehow turns up i’ll flash change the rating accordingly but until then this is what you get i’m deeply sorry you are bothered by my opinion of the package i do not have.

@ashnbey I’m truly sorry someone took your package and if you feel I should be rated on that, that’s fine. I was trying to explain to you that it’s out of my hands once I mail an item. I wish you had filed a claim with Poshmark or asked your mail carrier where they put your package. I do have a pair of shorts identical to the pair your ordered but there one size larger. I’ll let you know if I’m able to mail those to you free of charge.

@ashnbey I was able to access your shipping label and I wrote down your address. I will not be able to use Poshmark as a means of shipping but I will ship them at my expense on Monday. (Post Officer is closed Sunday)
