cl35878 Hello .. I ordered a backpack from you back on June 10 and I see that it has not even shipped yet. Can you please tell me what the delay is so that I can decide if I should simply cancel at this point?

ashleymunoz385 @cl35878 hello!!! I'm extremely sorry for the delay but I was on vacation, I thought I put myself in vacation mode but I forgot. I left the package at the post office today though. Thank you for being so patient, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
