imogensboutique Hi Ashley, I’m sorry you were not happy with the color of your crochet top and thought it looked blue. Did it not match the color in the photos? It made me sad to get a bad rating for this top as we custom ordered our crochet line and were told this was a fern green. This is my first low rating on our crochet line. As this is my 9-5 business I’d appreciate how I can do better representing the color fern green. It matters to me. Ty.

ashlynn_harris @imogensboutique hii I gave 4 out of 5 stars and it was only because of the wrong color. I thought I wrote that it was cute. Is there anyway I can mail it to you on my own to exchange for the green? I’d like to email you a pic of the green one that I wanted . I’ll be happy to to give 5 stars after. I do love the top just really disappointed about not getting the color I wanted . Lmk thank you

imogensboutique @ashlynn_harris Thx for replying🙂。So Poshmark has a system for returns ( sorry if you know this already) where you can return an item *before* you accept. Unfortunately after the item is accepted returns are not possible. I keep photos in files of all sales as I’m super OCD and I did send the green one to you. So exchange would just be getting the same one again. Oh well I guess you could sell it on here. Ty for saying it’s cute. Have a good rest of your day ^.^🌻

imogensboutique @ashlynn_harris That’s the only green one we have. I promise. And I promise it is what I sent. The computer screen and outside lighting colors on the model can seem a bit different. I would never send the wrong color. It’s the only green we have.
