ashleybk2 @odiemaggie Hi, there is not a way for me to email you as I don’t have your contact information. I apologize for any delay in responding I do work during the day. I’m unsure of why it’s still pending scan as I also expected it to have been scanned and in transit by now. I know that shipments are taking longer than normal right now.

ashleybk2 @odiemaggie I understand and agree that it is an unreasonable delay in shipping. I can only assure you it has been shipped and without tracking updates unfortunately there is no other way to prove it has been shipped. Thank you.

odiemaggie @ashleybk2 You need to call the post office to find out the problem. If you boxed and took to post office they need to track it down and should be able to give you the information you need.

ashleybk2 @odiemaggie I was finally able to reach someone at my local PO in Sellersburg, IN. Who said the package had been sent from their office to Louisville, KY where there have been delays. She expects that tracking will be updated on Saturday. She confirmed they are experiencing significant delays. She didn’t have any other information she could provide me as proof.
