actrivett @cindz2004 Oh I’m sorry that they are too big. They are the Birkenstock’s standard ladies 6. Certainly, go through the Poshmark return process to send them back to me.

cindz2004 I have Birkenstock size 6 and it fits me but this one seems like size 9. they're too big on me.

actrivett @cindz2004 You have to go through Poshmark to return the item. They have a system in place for cases like this. I am not involved in this process, I just receive back the item. If you need help, look on postmarks help page for specific information on returns. I am more than happy to receive back the item.

actrivett @cindz2004 I sent a message to poshmark that I don’t mind taking back the item, however as I did advertise the correct size, I won’t be responsible for any shipping costs back. As long as you cover the shipping back, consider it done, you get a refund and I get the shoes back. Hopefully I was able to convince poshmark to allow the return with my message. We will see what they decide. I don’t think they will have a problem though since we both agree with the return. Thanks.

actrivett @cindz2004 You need to go through poshmark, don’t just send it back to me. Remember I only made 10.28$ after poshmark takes their cut and deducts taxes. so I will lose money you doing it your way. If you go through poshmark, they refund back to me their cut that they took. You going rogue and just sending it back without going through the proper process cuts out all that extra money.

actrivett If you do send it back without going through them, then I can only send you a check for what I actually made from your purchase which is way less than you paid, because you are not getting back their cut or taxes. So it’s up to you. Go through poshmark to get all your money back or go your own way, and only get back what I made from the sale $10.28
