dmariedivine Hi Ashli, I shipped your item on the 10th and the tracking will not show where it is. I am becoming concerned, but when I clicked to contact poshmark support it said shipping was experiencing delays. I have no idea what is happening with it.

dmariedivine I contacted Poshmark and they tried to locate the item. They should have tried to contact you. It was a failing of the post system, as I shipped the item.

ashligoings @dmariedivine I am going to escalate the situation because I shouldn’t be charged for an item that the post office is still saying hasn’t been delivered as of yet. The shipper has the capability of filing a lost item claim and be reimbursed but as the buyer I do not. Poshmark has jumped the gun by marking the item As shipped and I haven’t received any communication from them at all.

dmariedivine @ashligoings I contacted you and Poshmark on the 20th,they told me to email them on the 25th if the tracking had still not shown where it was.I contacted them on the 25th and they said the issue is resolved. I'm sorry you didn't receive your item, I assumed when they said it was resolved they had refunded you. I did ship the item, and I have not received it back.
