I wholeheartedly agree with your closet rules! no returns and refunds, in an ideal world, since I know we are all very careful in the packing process and protecting buyer privacy. this app has been a bit buggy for me so far, with some items arriving not as described or fast enough, but I know we are all at the mercy of usps promptness this year.
