awthentikluxury Hey there! FYI, the seller topslixury88 is a scammer who peddles counterfeit wallets, mostly LV and Gucci. They also have multiple usernames. The dates codes on their replicas are all the same. The receipts are as bogus as their profile pictures. Hope this helps 🙏🙏

shanelle2399 @scottcarmignani yes everything has a date code that will show the place week and year the item was made. Unless it’s a very very very old item. There are online sites you can then put in the code to see if it is real, or call the store as well.

Feel free to send anything my way before purchasing and I will verify for you. Rule of thumb is any ‘brand new’ wallet being sold less than retail is likely a replica. If the seller has more than one brand new wallet with little sales history they are a fraud. Buy from reputable sellers. 🙏🙏

awthentikluxury @shanelle2399 Those sites are misconceiving. The thieves who make high quality replicas (most from China) know about them as well. They buy an authentic item from LV then replicate it, including the date code. Date codes by no means are authentication codes. For example, the wallet you asked a seller about has a valid date code but is a replica. MI0270 is one of the most common codes used on replicas, along with 3-4 others.

awthentikluxury @shanelle2399 If you run that through any online tracker it will say authentic, but it’s not. Newer replicas typically use 3-4 date codes. If you look at a scammer account (there are hundreds to choose from on this platform) you will see the date code MI0270 quite a bit. That’s how they fool people. Look at the stamp font, stitching, and pattern. Replicas also use cheaper ink and have somewhat of a plastic smell, especially on the accessories.

If they are a new seller who has all ‘brand new’ items in a variety of colors/patterns, it’s likely a scammer. If you see a new wallet priced under retail it is very likely counterfeit. Scammers use multiple usernames, get suspended, are back the next day with a new name. If they sell belts in every size it’s a scam. Remember, they use the same 3-4 date codes. Buy from reputable sellers. 🙏
