luvxao7 Sorry you were unsatisfied with your order. However, you said there was an issue with item cleanliness and said there was hard residue on the outside of the jacket? But I have video and photo evidence of the jacket being brand new with tags and absolutely no staining or residue on it. So, you’re either lying or it was dirtied when USPS shipped it, which would not be my fault. Anyway, have a nice day.

So I’ve scrubbed out most of them but I also can have photo & video evidence of the hard spots I’m referring to and I am most happy to show them to you if needed. Anyway I think you should relax & accept your rating, and hopefully avoid spilling sticky substances on your items in the future. Unless it was usps’s fault
