katenicole61516 @wiljsidjeneuje yeah for sure, good question! :) so when you get an order, you can go to your notifications tab at the bottom ribbon of the app. then you go to orders and then you click on which order you’re completing. once you have the order pulled up, you’ll see the main photo of your item, how much it was bought for, and how much you’re getting after poshmark takes their fees. then you scroll down to the bottom and you’ll see something that says download shipping label:

katenicole61516 you click on that and print off the label. it should have a USPS tracking number on it. then you’ll package your item(s) and tape the shipping label you just printed off on the package. then you drop off the package at the post office. most orders are delivered in two to three days. once the package has been delievered, the buyer

katenicole61516 @wiljsidjeneuje has three full days to rate you. as soon as they rate you, if it’s an hour after they receive it or two days after, you’ll get the funds then. however if they don’t rate you by the third full day, the funds will be released then.

katenicole61516 @wiljsidjeneuje if you go to the last tab furthest to your right on the main screen of the app you’ll see a green dollar sign to the top right. if you click on that, you’ll see a pending and available balance. pending means someone bought your item but they haven’t received or rated you yet. available means it’s ready to use in the poshmark app or transfer to your bank account—whichever you choose

katenicole61516 @wiljsidjeneuje for the shipping supplies you need to purchase that on your own. i buy mine from the dollar tree or walmart personally, it’s only around $1. then i get my shipping tape from walmart since it’s higher quality. i also wrap my items in tissue paper and a ziploc bag to protect from any possible rain or such. i also include a thank you card and a free little gift on my page, but i’m a full re-seller

katenicole61516 @wiljsidjeneuje yes you’ll still get paid if they don’t rate you. they have up to three days, after 72 hours, the funds will be released if they still haven’t sent in a rating

katenicole61516 @wiljsidjeneuje yes! you tape the shipping label on top of the package or the box. depending on how big the item is: if i’m selling a t-shirt i’ll send it in a poly mailer because there’s no sense in sending a small item in a big box if that makes sense

wiljsidjeneuje @katenicole61516 this woman I ordered from hasn’t answered me back and she was active 4 hours ago I texted her 6 hours ago and even before that and another woman bought something for her and she asked had she shipped them out and no answer . She said she was finna ship today

katenicole61516 @wiljsidjeneuje hm. well as long as you paid for it through poshmark, there’s no need to worry. if she doesn’t ship it out within i believe 7 days (it might be 10, unsure on exact amount), the money will go back into your account. she doesn’t get the money until you get the item.

katenicole61516 @ if she does ship, you would need to rate her within 3 days for her to receive the money. if she sends you the item and it’s not what your ordered or it’s damaged/flawed, you can file a claim through poshmark (super easy) and then return ship it after it’s approved and your funds will be released back into your account
