queen0fcastle @asiantigger I am so sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your item. Do you feel that the pictures didn't accurately depict the item you received? I know there was some residue from the purchase sticker on the shoes, but that is visible in the pics of the item. They are 100% brand new, and never worn. I purchased the wedge sandals for my wedding, and got the embelishments hand designed and placed on there. I never ended up wearing them on my wedding day, and have had them in a box since.
