If I weren’t so new at this I’d have asked you to request Poshmark send you the label for the gal that got your package and to send her your label to send your package out to you. Hopefully it’ll never happen again. Let me know if you still want the boots and sandals. I’d pay the shipping. Thanks!🙏💙

zoomzaam @lisbethann Finally a way to communicate! I would love to have the shoes and was looking forward to it and I am happy to do what I can. Have you communicated with the other gal about having her send me the boots/sandals, directly? It’s all based on trust at this point. You can trust me on sending the yoga pants and yes to postage reimbursement. Thanks for communicating. It was getting frustrating because I wasn’t hearing from anyone. Best, Asuka

lisbethann @zoomzaam When I saw you started an inquiry I wrote you asking what the problem was but didn’t hear back. I’m new at this and until I heard from the gal that got your boots instead of the leggings, I wasn’t sure what was happening. I contacted Poshmark today. If I’d have known I’d have contacted them immediately and they could have sent out the proper mailing labels to the two of you to exchange. Hopefully by tomorrow they’ll send you both the mailing labels to exchange packages.🙏💕

lisbethann @zoomzaam Hi Asuka. Please don’t accept the swapped purchase. I don’t want Poshmark releasing your money to me. I asked Emina, the women who got your purchase to start a problem inquiry and mail back the boots & sandals ASAP and I would get her leggings to her. Instead she accepted your boots, they released her money to me and then gave me a one star rating saying she didn’t get her delivery!

lisbethann @zoomzaam Asuka, I am so sorry for this mix-up. I started a problem Inquiry a few days ago but our messages keep crossing wires late. A message from Posh today said you hadn’t rejected your package yet and they’d be releasing your money to me in a couple days. I messaged them just now to not release your money to me as you hadn’t got the right purchase. I don’t know what else to do. If you see something else on my site you’d like I’d send it to you. Thanks

lisbethann @zoomzaam Hi again. Poshmark is saying they sent you a return label but no activity seen on it shipping. They said if they don’t see activity soon they’ll release your payment to me. That would be a whole other hassle. Please ship ASAP so they don’t release your payment to me.
