@tac66 I made an offer on a dress I thought was used as many items here are. I decide to not counteroffer as I decided I no longer liked the dress, as I let the offer expire hours ago. sorry you assumed I was trying to low-ball, and felt the need to comment. I've bought off of many sellers already finding a happy in-between.
