ciaocloset You just gave me a one star rating and I am truly disappointed. I have a great reputation here on poshMark. The dress was in perfect and brand new condition when I mailed it. I have never had a problem using a box before. You should have taken a picture of the box and opened a case with the post office, not damaged my reputation here on poshMark. A little grace and understanding goes a long way!

ateiagreen @ciaocloset It wasn’t in perfect condition when I received it because it was simply placed in the box without any protection.. you could have at least wrapped it in tires paper, placed in ziplock, anything. If you cannot handle feedback, maybe you shouldn’t be selling on this platform... No matter where a customer orders from, most if not all the items are wrapped or in some type of protection covering for shipment, not just placed in a box.

ateiagreen @ciaocloset If it rained, the dress would have been ruined because it would have gotten wet.. It’s not up to you to tell me what I should have done... Please don’t send me any additional comments about your disappointment, as I was disappointed how item was shipped & received...
