boopboutique Hello! I sent your boots out right away and my PM account says that it’s still “Pending USPS scan.” I’m not sure why it hasn’t started tracking. I have had this happen to me before she. I have sent out an order and boom...it will show up at the recipients place. I hope this is the case for you/us. Please tell me if you see revive it? Thank you.

boopboutique @aubreimc ok. I found out what happened. I made a big mistake. I placed another buyers packing slip on your boots. She JUST contacted me and asked me what to do. I got in touch with PM about my mistake and the woman who received them is going to talk to them too. She will request a packing slip I ship them to you. I am so sorry!

boopboutique @aubreimc the lady who received the shoes has yet to hear back from PM about getting a new shipping label. I have heard back from them but it was a short response with no tea answer. Have you taken a screen shot of the order placed and contacted PM through their email attached with the screen shot about your situation? I would encourage you to do so. Some how we need to get your purchase to you!! I’m going to keep trying

boopboutique Hey there girl! PM got back to me. Your packing slip is being emailed to the poor woman that has been willing to do whatever she needs to help us out. I’m sure as soon as she possibly can she will send them to you. I do know that it will be a little difficult for her. Ecuador she doesn’t have a working printer in her home. If she gets back to me with info I’ll let you know.

boopboutique @aubreimc I heard from the lady a bit ago. She says that PM contacted her and asked her questions. She says that they did not in fact send her a packing slip. PM has received yet another email from me! This has just been just frustrating for all of us. I am so sorry about the fact that you don’t have your boots yet. I will continue to work on it.
