@aubsrey not on my end for sure!!! I understand completely posh could not change my email address ( which was wrong) without me sending them a picture of my license which I was not comfortable with. I had been back-and-forth with customer support for the last two days and not getting anywhere. so I decided to set up a new account with posh. I have no idea what happened to the old account because I never deleted it.

Please check your account to make sure that you were not charged for it, nothing should be charged your account until it was shipped. I thought it would be easier just to mail it to you but I have no idea how I would’ve gotten paid considering the email was wrong. I am so so sorry about all this confusion I was just trying to fix it the best way I thought.

I wrote this back to Posh........That is exactly what I did, but the buyer was still charged twice. I thought your accounts were not charged for your items until the shipping label were printed and mailed, which clearly did not happen with the first order, so why the buyer charged. I tried to cancel the first order and it will not let me.

The second order with the email CPARDOIN1@msn.com, The label was printed and was mailed to the buyer with no problem. Why is she being charged twice?? She is very upset about this and I would like to have it taken care of as soon as possible.
