life_laugh_love Hi, since package is still not updated as shipped I've called my local PO. with the tracking # . It is 9405 5108 9935 9456 5134 61. The clerk said sometimes this happens where the package doesn't get scanned along the route. I've never had it happen to me yet out of over 200 sales so far and I know it's happened to other sellers. Rest assured I will stay on this, and I sure hope you get your crocs flats soon!! Just wanted to update you, sorry this is happening. ..

life_laugh_love Hi again, still shows sold. I've contacted Poshmark last night, so they know of the issue. They gave me a date of May 23 if it's not found and delivered to you at that point. They'll step in...and refund you and what ever they do in this situation. I've also contacted my local USPS again. (They know I'm not happy!) They said it has to be lost for 14 days before they can do anything. Tracing it I guess. Ugh. I'm really sorry this is happening. :(

life_laugh_love Hi Aubrie, I called the USPS again now that its been a week and its still showing 'sold' not shipped. I was advised by USPS supervisor to file a missing package claim, but I still have to wait the 14 days. I feel confident Poshmark will refund your money before that. I wish I could deliver all packages myself. :( Thank you for your understanding.

The post office was closed yesterday and today USPS failed to come pick up the package for the scheduled pick up.
