odaintythingso Audra, I am very disappointed to see your rating and comment on your purchase from me. The item was described, with clarity, in the original listing as missing a stone. In addition, it was shown up close in the images. That is why the item was discounted. I specifically addressed this issue in the listing to avoid a situation like this and my best advice to you going forward is to read more diligently.

audra826 @odaintythingso if Poshmark had a way of contacting a seller as opposed to only starring feedback I would’ve gone that route. There’s nothing private about poshmark which they need to change. I agree the product was package pretty and you did obviously show the pics with the missing stone. I didn’t read the description carefully. But I ask you. With one of the larger stones missing, why did you sell these? Chalk them up as a loss...don’t take peoples hard earned money with a glaring defect!

odaintythingso @audra826 Audra, again I am sorry you take issue with this. But I am of the mindset that nothing that is in perfect condition should go to waste. I would never throw out a 100% great item, especially when it can be fixed with one small stone from a craft store. We live in an ecological age, and like I said before, If the pictures displayed the issue, and so did the text, I in no way took anyone’s hard earned money.

odaintythingso This is why Poshmark gives you, the buyer, 3 days to accept your item, so that if you take issue with it, you can return. It is of no fault of mine that you did not do this, nor is it Poshmarks. And it is of no fault of mine you failed to neglect the images and text.

odaintythingso I’ve had nothing but 100% success with all of my buyers until now, and like I mentioned previously, my advice moving forward is to read more carefully as Poshmark is a place where people buy and sell new and used items.
