audraolson411 @pamkk77 thank you! I do have a question (well, a lot of them), but this one is on the topic of communication. If I receive a low-ball offer that is no where in the realm of what I listed or willing to consider, should I decline, counter, or ignore? I appreciate any advice on this part of selling. As a buyer, I’ve always paid asking price - didn’t even know it was normal to offer lower😊

pamkk77 @audraolson411 My suggestion would be to counter at a price close to the original asking price to see if they counter with a more reasonable offer. Also, before I list an item, I look to see the price range that others are selling at. I hope this info helps! Take care!😊
