Sorry for your bad experience with your order. This size was a medium, not a childrens size. Feel free to ask for measurements to get a better idea on sizing. As for USPS I shipped as soon as possible to ensure you received your product . The Usps has had a delay with packages. Sorry about that but it is not under my control. I have also received a delay in mail/packages with usps due to recent events. Thank you.
