bcwcboutique Audrey, I’m sorry your shipment arrived damaged! I wrapped them individually inside the wire holder and tissue packed it inside a small box, tissue packed in a big box ( I have photos and video of the process). Please send pictures of the cup and the box. If possible, the dimensions of the cup too. I’ll start searching to replace them right away!

audreyfischer13 @bcwcboutique Thank you for your concern! I'm not sure how to send pictures on Poshmark. Everything was wrapped in tissue paper, I'm guessing the box just got tossed too hard by a mailman or something along the way. I looked high and low on the internet and couldn't find an exact match, so don't worry about replacing it. Thank you though! No hard feelings, things happen. I found a cup set with hearts that is a similar color scheme, so I'll probably mix and match.

I actually don’t purchase much online because I like to see the quality in person, and plus it supports my little neck of the woods. (I literally live in the woods 😁)
