Hi Audrey, sorry about the packaging issue. I am new to Posh and had read that we can only use priority boxes. They do not offer big boxes for Priority! I since learned that the post office will accept other boxes with the Priority labeling. I do hope you love the purse...

Hi Audrey, I just read your comments and I am sorry you are not happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, I have no control on the shipping, that is set by Poshmark. As far as the description it said “cotton lightweight tote”. Maybe you got it confused with the heavier canvas totes that Vineyard Vines makes that retail at double the price.

I really wish you would have reached out to me or Poshmark before leaving the poor rating as the NWT bag that I sent out to you was in pristine condition and it was packaged appropriately and shipped out in a day. I do feel bad that you thought you were getting something different but my post included pictures, dimensions and what the bag was constructed of as well as “lightweight” in the description...not sure what else I could have possibly posted?!

I might as well have purchased a pillow case. I tried to lower the price and you didn’t want to go lower at all!!! Wish I had never bought this!!! Waste of money!!!! In your comments you were upset about shipping costs I was just explaining that shipping costs have nothing to do with the seller because they are set by Posh. I would never want a buyer to be unhappy or feel deceived purchasing from me.

I was also trying to point out that I thought the pictures and description portrayed the product appropriately as the picture showed the bag laying flat on the floor. I have never received any rating less then 5 stars and I do care if people are happy purchasing from me.

Upon receiving the item, had you messaged me I would have been happy to come up with a solution. Poshmark also gives you 3 days to dispute a purchase and file a claim.
You also mentioned that you are upset at what you paid for the item. It is NWT and was sold at almost half off. I was firm on the price because I had just lowed it and had other Poshers also putting in offers for the item. Once again my apologies that you are not happy with your purchase, I do genuinely feel bad.

Hey Audrey. I was sorry to read your necklace was broken. It was never my intention of course. It left here fine so I’m not sure where the damage occurred. Do you know that if there is a problem with an order you can open a claim? I want you to know that I’ve reached out to PM to see if they’d refund you $20 from my account. Hi,About the Diamond Starburst necklace:Please dont leave such conversations/ comments on public listing for everyone to read & see, its only creates more work having to delete them. I do not offer appraisal services , its $ & I would be forced to pass the cost to the buyer making it even more$$$. Besides,my costs are only based in 2 things : my costs & 20% I have to pay on each sale, so it would make no difference what the appraisal says,as I can only sell based on these 2 factors

I cannot & will not sell at a loss or come up even, as sourcing, buying, paying money upfront for jewelry, verifying with my jeweler, taking photographs, listing, packing & mailing, its a job, not a hobby, must get paid. I do, however, except reasonable offers! And anything over $500 gets shipped to Posh for authentication first.

@thegreenring sorry to offend you… you are looking to make money and pass the expenses along to the customer… I, nor most anyone else will NOT pay near 2 thousand dollars for a necklace that has no proof of weight or clarity… yes posh does makes sure of the gold and diamonds being REAL but that’s it…Good luck on your sale… you are going to need it!

@767spring I am not offended at all!!! Since when honestly making a living is offensive ??? Its called business & as such it has expenses & MUST be profitable, otherwise what are we all doing here? This isnt a charity, its a selling platform, Posh takes 20%,they are also rightfully have to make money!So, yes, ALL sellers here are not volunteering, they here to make money!
