ecolove033 Hey I am sorry about your disappointment. I as i said my daughter wore them every day for 2 summers. That’s why they were priced so low. I did try and accept your offer but it kept telling me there was an issue and wouldn’t let me. I tried it multiple times closing and opening the app. I would gladly fully reimburse you. I wish it was easier to hold convos on here. I will try better with my descriptions. Again I am sorry you are unhappy with the items.

I have already shipped, but since I dropped it off when the post office was closed (we’re on our way out of town for a few days) it will not be scanned until tomorrow. If it helps, the owner of the coat (my sister) feels confident that this specific jacket is not available for purchase anymore (definitely not online at least) and is surprised you saw one at the same price point new as she paid a lot more for it initially (close to $200).

allthesetogs @herdudeness Also, she never ended up wearing the coat out, as she bought the wrong size. She’s terrible at remembering to return things in time, which is why she gave it to me when the return period had passed. I’m actually with my sister as we’re going to help move my grandmother into a retirement community so I was able to ask her more about the jacket.

allthesetogs @herdudeness I should also mention when an item is marked “shipped”, it’s given this status manually by the seller. This means it has not actually been scanned in by USPS yet. I don’t bother with it since I ship quickly. Anyway - I’m hopeful this helps you feel better about it. I’m so sorry we didn’t catch it in time!
