Nothing is wrong with it or you as a seller , I rated it a 4. : 5 in my recent purchases which means I liked it a lot . But maybe that’s not what they are asking me to rate … if the ratings are about the seller I will change it to a five … if it’s about how much I love an item that I purchase that varies , even grows with use.
