Hi. I’m so sorry you were not happy with the Coach mini bag. I know when I packed it, the bag and satin pouch were in brand new condition. I also shipped it Tuesday the 6th the day after you ordered it. I don’t know what might have happened to it in transit. Also I have checked for communication from you and found none. So again please accept my apology I just don’t know what happened to the bag for it to be dirty. For any delay in your receiving it or that it wasn’t as described.

You need to be sure to Read and Research things before you purchase, YOUR rating was unfair The items was described as listed etc..
