tifflong214 @aunamoore39 hi! Here is the response I FINALLY got from Poshmark. We have provided a return shipping label to your buyer to return the incorrect item to you. Unfortunately Poshmark does not offer exchanges. The best way to go about this exchange would be for the buyer to return the incorrect item to you, which will prompt a refund. At that time the buyer is able to re purchase the correct item from your closet, you will just need to create a new listing for the item.
