I wanted to let you know that Poshmark emailed me back and they said that the transaction has already gone through and item has been shipped so they are unable to change anything at the moment ..but they recommended you contacting them. I was trying to look and see if there was a refund option so I could refund you a portion, but I didnt see a option in my app for me to do that. 😕

trishrt15 Hi, I ordered a pair of blowfish boots from you back on 10/28/19 and have not yet received them. Every time I check order status it says "as of 11/3/19 that it is on it's way to a different facility", but it has been like that for a while now. Is it lost? I've written to poshmark support twice, but haven't heard back yet. I wasn't sure if you would know anything about what might have happened?
