trendsntresses I did message Poshmark about the issue with the coat, it's really sad to give someone a low rating as a seller, when the issue is with the app. Also, you bought the item after the offer expired for full price. This price shows up multiple times before you hit accept, at least twice. The coat was brand new with tags, anyone else would have rated it high. If it wasn't as warm as you wanted, that isn't my fault. It's never been worn so how can I know aside from what it looks like. Just be kinder.
