Hi there,so sorry about the boots,I’m not sure why they would not have been the size that was listed in the boot,but I suppose that is rarity but still a possibility.Ifeel awful,they were super cute boots and I am sure your were disappointed .
If you would like I can rebuy them off you to essentially give you a refund .if u want to post a pic for the same price u paid I will buy it and you can send them back,
