njtreasures45 Austin, I am the person you purchased the shorts from. I somehow missed the “case” notice from POSH on the matter. Please know I was not ignoring you—it just got lost in my inbox. I saw the pics & read comment. Like all items I ship wrapped in tissue paper in a bag inside an envelope. I have no clue what could have happened.

njtreasures45 Seems odd a person would rip open a Usps pac—-but stranger things have happened. Maybe it got jammed in the processing machine? I did put it in a flat rate mailer 🙅🏼‍♀️. Anyway. I’m glad POSH refunded you. I did reach out to POSH as I’d like to try to figure out what happened. Just wanted to let you know that I was not purposefully ignoring you. My POSH business is truly a BUSINESS for me & care very much about each person who trusts me & buys from me (which is why this is upsetting).
