Send the shoes back for a full refund I don't even know why you're opening a case if you're saying that you gonna keep them you open the case now you have to send them back.

Hi…just wanted to cut to the chase on the pocket square. Ive already reduced the price a lot before your offer. $30 is lower than I’ve ever gone on these, as they are worth a lot more. If you offer $30 today, I’ll accept. Tomorrow, I have to raise the prices on pocket squares across the board (to $45-60). Just letting you know. Thx for your interest!

@ajs5409 because u have to put the claim in for received wrong item then the case will b opened,I’ve already been in contact with the gentleman that received ur shoes which r on the way back to me..once we receive his shoes from u we can start the tracking again sorry about that but the faster the return u should have them by the holiday posh is pretty good with shipping
