theivydoor Hi Austin.You bought my Stetson wool crushable hat.I’m sorry you’re not happy.clearly something happened in transit.This hats not trashed.It was fine when I put it in the box.I did fold the sides in a bit to stay from shifting,it should regain its shape after sitting out for a couple of days since it’s wool.You can put your hand inside it and push the sides out since it’s fabric.You have a pic of a shared wool hat on your page that looks the same pushed in. Thanks
