itschelsealynn @autumnk1988z I’m going to go into the post office to talk to them in person before ‘I️’ head to work today (2:30). I’m keeping on it though, rest assured I’m going to make sure you get your package! As soon as ‘I’ hear something, I’ll let you know. ‘I️’ did file a claim with Poshmark so they know it’s delayed at USPS as well. Hopefully they can fix the issue today!! Again, ‘I’ am SO sorry about this!

itschelsealynn ‘I’ figured out what happened. So as it turns out, it was my fault, not USPS. ‘I’ accidentally put the wrong shipping label on your package (‘i’ am so sorry). So ‘I️’ know that’s really frustrating and ‘I️’ don’t expect you to have wait forever to get your sweater.

itschelsealynn So now our options are that you can either cancel your order and get your money back through Posh, or ‘I️’ can work with the lady who accidentally received it and we can get you your package sent to you. I️ am so so sorry that this happened, that was totally my fault. Let me know what you would like to do!
