A buyer is the only one who can purchase an item. Once you purchase, you receive an email letting you know you purchased. You then have three hours to cancel. I shipped your item the following day. I replied to your comment and contacted Poshmark on your behalf. I’m not sure why I received a one star rating from you. How should I have handled the situation differently?
